Very comfortable

Liked: Staff were very welcoming especially the GM who explained that the business was taken over in November and is currently undergoing a huge renovation programme.

Very good

Liked: Super nice staff. Always friendly and accommodating.Breakfast is not served at the hotel anymore. However, Henley Kitchen and Bakery offers a fantastic breakfast.

Liked: Location in the town
Disliked: Noise between rooms was very noisy.Argument between two people at 1.00am unbearable.No internet and no breakfast served despite being included in booking.

Overall stay was good but...

Liked: Room service each day, food was very good and at a good price. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: Although the building is old it really did need some TLC inside and out, very tired looking, rooms were drab.
