Outstanding in every respect

Liked: Everything. All the staff without exception were highly professional and very friendly. My room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was superb. Also, there was a lot of history which created a fascinating environment.
Disliked: Nothing

Good value, exceptional breakfast

Liked: Good value at 71 for B&B. Exceptional breakfast, on a par with 5-star hotels, which they aim to be, according to Google Maps. Nice room, well-equipped w/coffee machine, minibar/fridge. Great location on Oxford Street. Desk/chair.
Disliked: No radiator, only aircon. Bathroom towel rail didn't work, or at least I couldn't figure it out. Bedroom light switch temperamental, and staff were already aware of it, so it should've been fixed really. Big wet patch on carpet by bed, hopefully just where they'd cleaned a bit of carpet.

A great stay in centre...

Liked: The rooms were lovely, very clean and well decorated. The pub seemed nice downstairs, and the staff were friendly!
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like about the property, the only small part that could do with improvement was the hot breakfast in the morning. Fantastic options, but everything seemed to be quite overcooked.
