The location is ideal, but...

Liked: The location was amazing. Close to the beach and boardwalk.
Disliked: It was outdated. The bathroom was musty. The screen slider had holes in it.

Point Pleasant lived up to...

Liked: The mats on the sand made it much easier to pull the beach carts. Your staff were very attentive, pleasant, and polite. They checked in and asked if we needed anything each day. Was happy to see a safe in the room. The air-conditioning was excellent. I can't wait to come back. Was happy to notice no smoking or vaping. The grounds were well manicured, and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: There was no window screen to leave the window open for fresh air. If i wanted to turn off the air-conditioning, I couldn't because the bugs would come in.

Clean and a good location,...

Liked: The property is very well located, right at the end of the boardwalk (so you can walk everywhere, but you don't have to deal with noise). The rooms and all facilities are clean, shower is good, mattress is good, and air conditioner works great.
Disliked: There is no pool service at all, just a little cafe that doesn't even sell a beer nor a cocktail (no liquor license). We were there in a beautiful sunny day and there was no beach service and no clear instructions about anything! There were storages at the beach that seemed to have chairs and sunbrellas but they were all locked, and this guy with keys kept walking everywhere but did not answer when we tried to ask him about chairs (we tried to approach him twice but he just ignored us). There was no staff at the beach nor at the pool (towel guy stopped by a couple of times and that was it).
