Disliked: Upstairs could do with refurbOur bedroom smelt of chip fat, I think it was above the kitchen Carpet in room could do with changing Bathroom clean but outdated

Liked: It’s a lovely clean friendly hotel. The breakfast is fantastic
Disliked: The only complaint I have is the bathroom smelled a little damp and the fan in the room was quite dusty but I had my own with me and no decaf tea in the room.

Exceptional

Not deluxe as Black mould...

Liked: Food was nice, bed comfy, quiet on our night but pub was empty.
Disliked: £15 per dog - naughty as not advertised on the booking advert and just says "charges may apply" but its not a may apply, its compulsory and £30 was added for 2 bathed and groomed show dogs. Black mould in bathroom in corner around shower cubicle and hole in wall from radiator but advertised as a deluxe twin room!!!

Liked: The room was comfortable. The shower was lovely.Staff were friendly.The breakfasts that we had as an optional extra were exceptional.
Disliked: There was no bedside table on one side of the bed. I improvised and used the cushions to put my glasses and phone on at night.Although there were hooks, there were no drawers or wardrobes to put clothes in.

Disliked: Room very small and had seen better days. Crammed into a dark corner at breakfast when there were plenty of better tables
