Liked: Beautiful building with lovely decor in the public areas downstairs
Disliked: The bedroom had very dated decor stained carpet furniture and bathroom though kept clean

Great all round with good...

Liked: Offered a free upgraded room on arrival as we were the only ones staying. All the staff we met were friendly and diligent. Facilities were clean.
Disliked: We decided to stick with our original room as we wanted a bathtub rather than a shower - unfortunately the tub was very small so we didn't quite get the muscle-relaxing soaks we wanted after long days walking in the hills. Can't complain though as they did offer to upgrade us to a room with a shower instead, this was our choice.
