Pleasantly surprised and pleased

Liked: We were rather surprised at the quality considering it was a pub stay. We were even more surprised that it was rather quiet considering it was above a pub. Quite impressed and pleased.
Disliked: The 2 negative was the amount of communication I received before my stay. I must have received at least 10 emails confirming my booking plus a telephone call. Far too excessive. Also checking in on line surely is supposed to save you checking in again on arrival which we had to do???? Unnecessary.

Disliked: The room service could improve in cleaning the room and bathroom. Only beds were done and bin emptied.
