Liked: Evening meal was very good and the Breakfast was also very good. Good overnight stay. Staff nice and friendly.

A lovely pub!

Liked: The pub atmosphere and the food, and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: Our super deluxe room was disappointing and expensive.

A very pleasant stay for...

Liked: Excellent food - I had porridge and my husband had a cooked English breakfast, and avocado and poached egg on the second day.Dinner was delicious. All staff very friendly and helpful.Very dog friendly too.
Disliked: Toilet seat in our room needs fixing.Room was not made up or tea/ coffee refilled during our stay.A box of tissues would be useful.

Liked: Wow ! We loved this little treasure of the Cotswolds. The pub was just perfect, 3 open fires, friendly staff and landlord which instantly made us feel welcome.
Disliked: The rooms are good, bed comfy and warm. Only point was that the bathroom could do with a slight update.

Disappointing for the price paid...

Liked: Allowed to check in early.Quaint old english pub with log fires.
Disliked: Access to room 11 and 2 others was via a metal fire escape in the car park.We were told on arrival that breakfast was not served during the week although this was not stated on the website.The heating in the bedroom and bathroom was not on and it was very cold.When we came to checkout at 8-30am there was nobody present and we had to leave the room key on the pub bar.
