Excellent place to stay

Liked: The place was lovely the staff were all very nice, the lady that cleaned the rooms was really friendly and so nice she is definitely as asset to the place, the breakfast was excellent and the room was very nice.
Disliked: The only things I would ask for is a mirror on the dressing table & perhaps lighter duvets in summer, but these things wouldn't put me off going back, just suggestions.

Liked: Food and location were excellent.
Disliked: Room two was "tired". The window catch was missing, the en suite was very cramped, the en suite door didn't close, the toilet seat was loose and the shower tray didn't drain quickly enough. However the bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Liked: Comfortable beds and good parking. Shower great.
Disliked: A little haphazard at check in - tea making not in kitchen and needed to be asked for. TV not working and was told he didn’t know code to sort it. Not too much of an issue as just there for one night but disappointing.

More 3 star not 4...

Liked: We asked for orange jiuce twice never tiurned up.But the breakfast was a good standard.The rooms where clean but a little tired
Disliked: Outside seating area for room needed clearing up beer cans left on ground ,weeds needed pulling and last year winter leaves needed sweeping up.Its a sham this only takes five mins to sort out ! Little things make all the difference.

Liked: Friendly staff and a lovely traditional old pub.
Disliked: Unacceptable amount of damp in bedroom. All bedrooms smelt musty.Tired old carpets. Cob webs. Unkempt, uncared for feel to property.
