Liked: Central to town, lovely restaurant attached. Staff very friendly
Disliked: Room was small, and had to carry my bag up old stairs.

Liked: Lovely, clean room with courtyard view. Proximity to town shops, cafes and Abbey. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff who stored our luggage.
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre. No staff around for ages at 8am so helped ourselves to a table and continental buffet. Fruit juice was poor quality and toaster burnt one side of our toast on a low setting. No dairy free items laid out, just butter and ordinary milk.

Very pleasant and I would...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, especially as my poached eggs were hard but more were quickly produced. The range at the buffet as well as the cooked breakfast was varied and all at a high standard.
Disliked: The room was very warm, although I appreciate that is beyond your control and the fan demonstrated your awareness and ttying to address it.
