In the heart of the market town of Romsey The White Horse is just a few yards from Romsey Abbey. This 14th-century boutique hotel offers a brasserie and bright elegant rooms. The hotel's Georgian facade conceals a Grade II listed building with individually styled rooms. Some feature original period features while all have a flat-screen TV free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Liked: Great location, super friendly and efficient staff all round a super experience.If you are looking for a good English country hotel, this is totally recommended ❤️
Disliked: Great service, uncomplicated arrival / departure & and affordable and well sign posted car park 75m away

My go to hotel in...

Liked: Beautifully situated, large comfortable and very clean rooms, quiet, friendly and helpful staff.Gorgeous place to stay, a home from home, down to the little rubber duck in the shower!
Disliked: Really hard to think of anything. Perhaps the basin in the bathroom could be bigger to make shaving easier, but given how wonderful this place is – that’s just nitpicking.

Well run hotel in central...

Liked: Lovely historic building. Exceptional staff who stored our bikes securely. Huge bathroom with excellent shower.
Disliked: Would have been better value if breakfast was included.

Liked: Well located. But no staff present on arrival.
Disliked: Very small rooms. A tad antiquated. Not good staff service.
