It is indeed the best...

Liked: Beautiful location. The small house with 2 bedrooms is very pretty and cosy. Heater, TV, comfy beds, clean and nice bed linen, decorative pillows and soft blankets. Hot water, coffee and tea with kettle. Big enough wardrobe for clothes. The pub is wonderful. We were so thrilled about the looks of it, furniture, multiple vintage decorations, loads of beautiful plants and flowers. Both dinner and breakfast so delicious with generous portions. The staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Plenty of room inside and outside.
Disliked: Strictly about the bathrooms - in my opinion they need a bit more attention when it comes to cleaning.

Liked: Rooms separate from a gorgeous pub, surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Great breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Perfect for a dog too.
Disliked: Just off a busy main road so keep an eye on children and pets

Superb

Liked: Lovely one night stay in this B&B not far from Norwich and wroxham.Accommodation spacious, clean and welcoming. We were warmly welcomed by a very bubbly young lady who gave us a complimentary full English for the next morning. (which was 10/10)Room was adjacent to the car park converted out building with old beams.Soft towels, clean bedding with good pillows, mattress a little thin but did sleep well.Would stay here again.

Black mould in the bedrooms

Liked: Lovely friendly staff. Attractive pub and surroundings.
Disliked: Very sadly, we didn't like either of the rooms we stayed in as both smelt very badly of damp. There was black mould all over areas above the beds. I went with my family, including a grandchild. I had a terrible night worry about her sleeping in such an unhealthy environment.

A nice pub for a...

Liked: A nice pub and cofortable accomodation just across the car park. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Food was very good, reasonably priced and a decent selection. Good beers on tap. Plenty of parking available. Room was a good size, comfortable and well equiped.
Disliked: The room was let down by needing a deep clean. There was a musty smell when you entered and there was mould on wall above the beds, around bath and behind taps (quite a bit). Some minor repairs/decoration were also required. Room was close to the very busy main road, so very noisy until late evening and then again early Sunday morning. Pub car park was very brightly lit and with only ventian blinds in the room it was a bit bright for sleeping until after closing time, perhaps some curtains too?
