Very comfortable stay

Liked: Very comfortable in a lovely village. The breakfast was superb!
Disliked: The evening meal (tuna with couscous) had a large beautifully cooked piece of tuna but the soy sauce overpowered it a bit. But on the plus side the wine was excellent!

Liked: Breathtaking surroundings, excellent food, comfortable and quiet room. The staff were impeccably helpful, professional and efficient. A welcoming place for solo travellers.
Disliked: To be honest, I can't think of anything significant.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Good breakfast. Most staff friendly and attentive. The White Horse is in a prime location in Blakeney
Disliked: Room was really tiny for the price. Dinner for our party was very disappointing. The smoked salmon and crayfish starter arrived without smoked salmon, the meal for another was almost inedible because it was drowned in very salty soy sauce. When one of our party complained that the battered fish was bland and the batter was burnt, he was told that that was because he'd had a drink which would have affected his taste! It took 50 minutes from sitting down in the breakfast room for the food to arrive. This meant that we couldn't risk ordering a cooked breakfast the following day as we had to leave at 9am to go on a seal watching trip. Wouldn't stay again

Liked: Great location! Great breakfast! The food is usually good but I missed out on supper by 10 minutes. It would be helpful if kitchen closing times could be stated in correspondence or on the website, if not already.
Disliked: Update wi-fi code in information booklet.
