Great base

Liked: Clean, comfortable bed, ideal location, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Having to ask for milk to use the coffee/tea facilities in the room, and it was taken away and not replaced, returning after a long day at a concert, we couldn't have a hot drink with milk.Noise outside bottle collection early hours and cars.

The whole experience was good....

Liked: Location was excellent for what our group needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: The cooked breakfast was a disappointing. It was very small eg 1 piece of bacon 1 mushroom etc. Fruit salad was a fruit bowl with limited fruit.

Great break.

Liked: Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast and evening meal excellent. Good location.
Disliked: Had room with sash window stuck wide open but no problem as went in heatwave. Stairs to rooms a bit steep but ok.

Birthday stay

Liked: The staff were all friendly; had an issue checking out when Internet went down. Got wrongly charged but all sorted over the phone, staff very efficient
