All fine art form management

Liked: new manager was rude, arrogant and had no interest in the happiness of the guests...his name was Chris
Disliked: Most of the staff were fab, just the manager who, when he was present didn't have many customer service skills

Very good

Liked: Have stayed before but it was better than I remembered: lovely room, good shower and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, wide choice, plenty of it and cooked to order. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Not a great view if I am honest from my window

Fantastic hotel - clean and...

Liked: Fantastic hotel - being a pub hotel, we didn’t expect much. However, we were blown away by the White Hart. It was very clean and has clearly recently been redone. Both the pub and the rooms were of high standard. The room had air conditioning as well which was great. The pub toilets were also lovely with a lovely set up for touching up your makeup in the ladies. The person who did our check in was also fantastic and very kind.
