Would come back if the...

Liked: Staff excellent. Twice I had to return tea cups that were dirty. Public areas need re-decorating and cleaning. Breakfast and dinner were OK, coffee awful. Room was nice and comfortable, good shower.
Disliked: Hotel was not very clean.

Lovely stay

Liked: Just from walking in, we had a great service by staff and all the way through our stay. Dinner was wonderful, breakfast so much choice and one of the best. It's such a lovely hotel.

Superb

Liked: Generally very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Everything generally very good, but I wasn't given any info on WiFi, so had no access, which which meant my phone couldn't be used due to the rural location. i only found on leaving that WiFi was available, but that the relevant info sheet had not been provided to me.This aspect wasn't convenient, but the overall stay was still very good.
