Liked: Beautiful food. Breakfast and exceptional dinner .
Disliked: Not a lot of interaction with staff.

Really lovely place, accommodating friendly...

Liked: Lovely and clean, very spacious.
Disliked: Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable and fire alarms near mirror and plug sockets so I accidentally set them off drying my hair.

Would book again and will...

Liked: People were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food. Characterful building - this was the former assembly rooms so the hotel has history. Modbury is a very sweet place.

Liked: Lovely Food and staff very friendly
Disliked: Room 1 is much smaller and on the main road which was noisy. Room 5 was much larger and quieter.
