Highly recommended

Liked: We were upgraded by the hotel to one of the suites. OMG!!!! It was one of the nicest suites I have ever been to. It was in an old English country style, free free-standing bath, a canopy bed, we felt like royalty :)Breakfast, which was included in our rate, was also wonderful. Thank you!!!

A great location and lovely...

Liked: Staff all very friendly Rooms had everything you needed
Disliked: The patio area was a little grubby ! The outside umbrellas heating area was COVERED in dirt and cobwebs !

Weekend away to visit Hampton...

Liked: Absolutely Gem of a place the staff were so friendly & welcoming. The room we had was lovely & clean & the extra treats in the room was a nice touch. Parking facilities were brilliant & secure. Very handy to explore the surrounding area & especially for Hampton Court Palace. Food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast so much choice you were spoilt for choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to family & friends

Would be nice if you...

Liked: Delicious breakfast included and nice location near Hampton Court Palace.
Disliked: It was more dated than the pictures and the sofa bed was unbearably uncomfortable.
