Exceptional

Liked: As always a fantastic hotel experience, from the wonderful staff to the perfect breakfast, the exceptionally clean room and comfortable beds. Also the details such as organic fresh milk in your room and teapigs tea plus coffee machine. The bar food is also great. The only place to stay in Kingston

Short but sweet

Liked: Almost everything
Disliked: The four poster bed was lovely to look at but not at all comfortable, it was hard and lumpy

Apart from the room not...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great for where we wanted to visit. The room was lovely and quiet. No road noise.
Disliked: Our room was not serviced during our stay which was very disappointing especially with how much we paid for our stay. That meant dirty mugs in the room from the previous day were not replaced for clean ones when we wanted a drink after a busy day sightseeing and the milk was not replaced in the in fridge

Loved My Stay

Liked: The hotel was charming and quaint. The staff provided excellent service from check-in, to breakfast and dinner services and my late night coffee craving. I highly recommend a stay.

Liked: Staff very helpful, room extremely well appointed. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Traffic when sitting outside but the hedge was an attractive barrier.

Perfect spot for any stays...

Liked: Lovely decor. We liked the aesthetic of the rooms and how they matched throughout the bar / restaurant. It was clean and spacious. We liked the little touches in the room. All the bedding was fresh and clean and soft and cosy. Staff were excellent- particularly Abbie at the bar / restaurant who was friendly chatty and went above and beyond.
Disliked: Personal preference is a softer mattress and firmer pillows.
