Excellent hotel in a prime...

Liked: Easy check in. Comfortable spacious room. Great location and excellent breakfast. We had large suitcases, so lift was a bonus.
Disliked: A minor issue, but aircon was set to 20 and twice during the night it changed to 26. Presumably some sort of eco setting, but it did make the room very warm.

A friendly oasis in a...

Liked: A little oasis of calm - friendly and helpful staff. Live music snd bbq on friday evening. quiet room, lovely riverside walk and you can take the boat to Hampton Court. Expensive but worth it. Great ftrshly cooked breakfast - no warmed up buffets here!
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very nice old pub/ restaurant
Disliked: Very expensive for what we had. Room was very nice but quite basic Double bed and I thought I had booked a superior room with king bed

Convenient and comfortable.

Liked: Great location for RHS Hampton Court and on the bus route to Kew too. It was good to have free, secure parking as we needed to drive.Very comfortable room and the air con was really helpful in the hot weather.Great to have a discount in the restaurant and plenty of other options in Kingston within easy walking distance.

Liked: An efficient check in. Welcome surprise to have excellent air conditioning in the room. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Really good breakfast
Disliked: Shower was not the best
