Liked: Great facility, very good room amenities and really liked the breakfast. Staff was great.
Disliked: The bed was unfortunately really, really hard and painful. The staff did provide a mattress topper, but just to hard.

Really recommendable, but book early...

Liked: The hotel is ideally situated next to Kingston-upon-Thames and Hampton. It's a renovated, century-old hotel with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and modern.
Disliked: The breakfast was fine, but a bit sparse. The rate was hefty with over 200£ for one single night, though I have to say I booked quite late.

Liked: Returning once again to our favourite London hotel! Lovely comfy beds, great breakfast and dinner, wonderfully accommodating of three children. We love the close proximity of the Thames walks, shopping at Kingston and a short walk to get in to town by train. Perfect.
