Good hotel spoiled by one...

Liked: The reception staff and restaurant staff were friendly and professional. The facilities offered were very good and reasonable costs.
Disliked: Unfortunately we used Booking.com to make the booking. Previous experience should have told us that using this method nearly always means that you don’t always get one of the better rooms. This room, although comfortable, overlooked the very large and noisy extractor fan from the kitchen, along with noise it also pumped out the heat from the kitchen.

We will be back

Disliked: My hairdryer didn't work and the shower cubicle was very small and awkward to get into.

Disliked: No air conditioning and breakfast area was under staffed with multiple tables with used plates,dishes, cutlery from previous diners

Average Boston stay.

Liked: Friendly staff.Good breakfast.Good evening meal.
Disliked: Very warm room.Nightclub noise till 4am very loud.Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the dining room there was obvious food spillage that hadn't been cleaned from breakfast when I spoke to the lady in charge she said they hadn't had time to do it then five minutes later whilst eating a waitress turned up with a brush and dustpan.... Not great.

Disappointing

Disliked: No air conditioning, a small fan that could be enough to refresh a finger.Party down the room at the hotel pub not mentioned until 11pm.
