A fantastic hotel with great...

Liked: Every point of detail was so well thought through. I often find, with other hotels, that facilities are present but insufficient consideration has been given to how they will be used. This is not the case here!
Disliked: At certian times of the day there's evidence of a shortage of staff E.g. On a number of occasions there was simply nobody to answer the phone. The bar staff sometimes struggle with demand, which results in delays.

Liked: Loved the quirky property, the building is old and very charming!
Disliked: Everything you needed, great location, fresh staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean. Lovely spacious room. Gilly on reception was lovely and really made our stay special. Breakfast was lovely and piping hot and very fresh.

Liked: Location very good as I was involved in rehearsals and a concert at the nearby Boston Stump church.
Disliked: Blocked loo in room; TV remote didn't work; room door left open by cleaning staff when we were taking things to our car.
