Liked: Nice clean hotel , lovely helpful and friendly staff. Good location near to town and local facilities.
Disliked: There seemed to be a shortage of staff . The staff that were there were lovely and helpful but seemed rushed off their feet . Creating delays in service in bar and restaurant. Bar prices seemed expensive.

Comfortable with great food

Liked: Great pub, with delicious food. Comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: The long staircases to get to the room. But the staff were lovely and carried my bag to my room for me as I was recovering from surgery. Boston is not a very nice area.

Liked: The room was spotless, with all the facilities as advertised. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast excellent.Also the location was brilliant

Fab get away with my...

Liked: I loved the history behind the building , all the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean , and breakfast was lovely. We had an amazing evening meal in the restaurant, and all the staff were fab . It was a busy Saturday night to ...with an overflowing bar .
