Convenient clean place to stay

Liked: Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good - but you take it back to your room. Nice variety of juices, fresh bagels and fresh fruitYogurt and milk variety.
Disliked: Unable to reach front desk by phone (from room it worked). Had to leave voicemails message. Room lighting was inadequate. Dishwasher was broken, unable to fix during our stay. Fire alarm went off for more than 15 minutes - no fire. Evacuated. Were compensated with 50 percent off room rate.

Liked: Rooms were big.everything was clean.
Disliked: The whole reason I chose this property was because it had underground parking that we never got to use due to it being out of order. Slipping around on ice is what I wanted to prevent. Breakfast on the go needs to start earlier, ppl are going out to do things and would like something to snack on.. we were in the building behind the main building where 2 different rooms had our kids but we couldn’t get in to their building until we had them come down to let us in. There should also be a cover overhead between buildings. For the price I don’t see why something isn’t already there.

Liked: The staff were very nice and the shuttle bus driver to the ski resort was especially patient with so many people eager to get on the mountain or back to the hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect.
Disliked: The breakfasts were good but could have been more substantial. More protein options like a breakfast burrito or some boiled eggs?
