A memorable visit.

Liked: Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The amenities and the spacious rooms are all top quality. The common areas are the best I’ve ever seen. The fitness room is well maintained with the best quality equipment.
Disliked: The bar was beautiful but the cocktails were small pours compared to the high pricing. Our room wasn’t ready so we were told we would be called when the room was ready. We walked around for almost two hours before deciding to go back and wait in the lobby until the room was ready. As we passed by the front desk: “ oh by the way your room is ready “.

Liked: Very tasteful throughout. Bathroom had both shower and tub(a must for my wife. Professional staff. Private rooms attractive, excellent food and service.

This hotel was gorgeous and...

Liked: Staying at The Whitby was amazing! The service was outstanding. The front desk personnel, doormen, housekeepers, bar and cafe staff made for a comfortable and homelike experience. The room was clean, quiet and well organized.Every detail was simply perfect. The decor itself is a feast for the eyes. A top notch hotel. We know where we'll be staying next time we visit NYC.
Disliked: Dining is a bit expensive.

Disliked: Feel like hotel guests should have preferential treatment on reservations in the hotel restaurants- it was very crowded and room service took over an hour
