Friendly and homely. Excellent food.

Liked: Friendly staff. Excellent food.
Disliked: Mattresses on beds are tired. TV system in rooms, very outdates. Old Sky boxes don't work, not even BBC / ITV channels!

Homely place to stay when...

Liked: Very homely and welcoming. Excellent food - good menu choice. Restaurant very comfortable.Ideal location for M180 motorway.Rooms adequately spacious.
Disliked: Accommodation - Rooms are tired - some mattresses / beds require replacement. Bathrooms / Showers are very dated, water pressure to showers is extremely low.TV - Old Sky Boxes - terribly dated.

Functional, good location, good prices,...

Liked: Room was functional if a little dated. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Pub is very friendly, evening meal was good and the breakfast was great.Thank you
Disliked: Rm 11 is adjacent to the door at the top of the stairs and the door closer is very effective and bangs at all times.
