Liked: Good location
Disliked: Booked a room with king size bed. The room allocated didn’t have that. Safe didn’t work in the room . Bathroom extraction fan didn’t work. Had to ask for a kettle only a coffee machine in room although tea bags were provided. Not the standard we expected and improvements need to be made.

Wonderful hotel and staff!

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. Very welcoming, tastefully decorated and the staff are lovely. Amy in particular, is amazing, she couldn't do enough for you.Highly recommend this hotel, we are definitely going back again very soon!

Disliked: We did not appreciate being woken up at 0724 am by a member of housekeeping staff entering the room.Safe in room had been left by a previous occupant such that we could not use it.Please bring back kettles!
