We had never stayed in this hotel before but will certainly book here again when we are next in Woking. Everywhere was beautifully maintained to a very high standard and the staff most accommodating. Can highly recommend!

Liked: Breakfast 1st class, room, was what we expected didn't wow us but it was fine. dinner ok, again no wow factor but adequate.
Disliked: dinner wasn't the best.

Excellent place to stay friendly...

Liked: We stayed in room 107 really big and spacious, staff was friendly and Lee was very helpful, free parking but could be a squeeze when busy, great food menu and bar reasonably priced, good location highly recommended
Disliked: No faults as better than expected

Disliked: We were allowed a disabled assemble room with wet room not impressed as neither of us are disabled would have preferred a diffrent room

Liked: Delicious breakfast. Perfectly cooked and well presented. Good comfortable night's sleep. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Friendly helpful staff at check-in, at the bar and at breakfast/departure.
Disliked: We had no issues. There was nothing we didn't like

Disliked: Small rooms, expensive, windows did not open, no help with luggage, poor breakfast choices, limited disabled parking.
