Not “Wow” stay , will...

Liked: Cleanliness of the rooms compared to other hotels we stayed in. The location is 15 minutes from the Westminster Station and near to Millbank Bus stop and felt safe.
Disliked: The bathroom and toilet were separate and the sink was outside at the entrance door. This created a sense of incoherence and claustrophobia. Water was not provided at all in the room when we arrived, there was a note to fill the bottle by ourselves from the nearest water dispenser. I understand sustainability initiatives but first rule of hospitality is serving the guests bare minimum water which the hotel failed to deliver. We had booked 3 nights and were looking forward for better rooms with decent if not exceptional views but were assigned the next building view and were told hotel was full! We looked forward to a wow experience but it was underwhelming overall.

Liked: Larger room than normal, toilet facilities were ideal for my wife who is disabled
Disliked: Lightning to the rooms were a little too dark, but not a problem .Menu a little sparse, but what we ate was very tasty.

Great location, reasonably priced, fantastic...

Liked: Modern and clean, and in a fantastic location. The breakfast was amazing and great value.
Disliked: It was extremely hot and there was no swimming pool at the property. There was a mix up with our room and we had two queen rooms, instead of one queen and one twin.
