Perfectly acceptable London hotel.

Liked: It's a nice hotel, located in a quieter part of Westminster. Not bad value given London's insane prices these days. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit of a bunfight, very busy but the space is somewhat limited. The layout of the room, while fine, was a little strange. That said we both got a decent sleep.

The facade was under construction....

Liked: Nice room
Disliked: I booked well in advance requesting a twin room. Got a generic response saying subject to availability but I assumed because I booked early this wouldn't be an issue. When I arrived I was told there were no twin rooms. Didn't find the receptionist very accommodating. We did get to move for the second night which was good but it would have been better if my request had been responded to.

exquisite stay

Liked: On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering us early check in with a room upgrade for just £30, we arrived in the room and wow, such a beautiful, spacious, clean, modern room. The hotel itself was modern, clean and bright and airy. We ended up paying an additional £20 each for breakfast, which we thought was a bit pricey compared to other hotels where we have stayed before, however the restaurant area was lovely, the staff attentive and polite and the food fresh and delicious! Literally cannot fault the hotel
