Underwhelming but clean with friendly...

Liked: The property looks nice. There was plenty of parking. The lobby looked clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean.
Disliked: The room itself was basic. The bed was large but not very comfortable. There were some holes in the bathroom wall, badly filled in and not painted. Nothing special about the room to justify the higher price, no coffee machine for example. There were glass water bottles in the room but they had been opened and presumably filled with tap water (the lid sealed were broken). (Same standard as a basic Travelodge room with the exact same amenities - just twice the price).

Disliked: The disabled parking bay eas used by able bodied leaving me with a difficult walk.
