Lovely hotel & room. Great...

Liked: Loved the property, and rooms were nice. Bathroom good - a few spots of mould about but nothing that would put me off staying again. It’s an old property at the end of the day. Very convenient location for catching the tram and not right in the hustle & bustle of the city.
Disliked: No lift and it’s a trek up the stairs with your suitcases in this heat😬

Great find , right by...

Liked: Very clean , comfortable. Staff all great. Room facilities met our needs. Fabulous breakfast pre booked in arrival , quality ingredients and lots of choice, all presented very well.
Disliked: Property is on busy main road and was quite noisy at times. However this did not spoil our stay .

Liked: We arrived late as we attended a concert. The lady was lovely and it was a quick payment and into our room.
Disliked: I feel it was a little expensive for what it was.

Liked: Greeted by friendly staff, the room was perfect with en suite bathroom and the bed was very comfortable, great location close to heaton park. I loved the oasis themed decor and the oasis water in the room was a nice touch!
