Would stay here again

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast and great value for being so close to the city centre.
Disliked: Wasn't anything not to like.

A pleasant stay

Liked: The staff was friendly and understanding. Especially when the receptionist notices my dad was struggling going up stairs so she changed our room to be one floor lower.
Disliked: I noticed that the toilet was 90% clean but everything was fine.
