I will never forget my...

Liked: The design and location
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that we was moved to two different rooms due to no air conditioning. It was like a sauna in the rooms we was moved to. I never slept a wink.

Not pleasant

Liked: Location is perfect and the cleanliness too.
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM to find the restaurant closed. I was informed that in-room dining was available, but when I attempted to place an order using the QR code in my room, the system indicated it was closed. As a result, I was unable to have dinner. However, I placed a breakfast order for 7:30 AM via the room service system. In the moring, and upon calling both the reception and restaurant multiple times, I was told the order did not appear in their system. Although a restaurant staff member came to apologize, I was unable to address the matter further as I had to leave for my flight.

Exceptional

Liked: A wonderful airport Hotel with very comfortable beds and a surprisingly lovely view (my window looked out onto a pond with Canada geese and ducks, with a lovely little stone bridge and a water fountain). Staff were lovely and helpful also.

Excellent unexpected stay!

Liked: Room was large, bathroom excellent with lovely towels and toiletries. Near to airport but no airport noise. Staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced.
Disliked: The toilet paper!

I would come back again...

Liked: The Staff were excellent on arrival and departing. Helpful in my questions I asked and got the answers that helped me considerably. There was even an iron and ironboard and safe included
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like Everything was clean and tidy
