Liked: Location was central to everything and wonderful. Staff and rooms are top-notch and excellent. Front desk staff is always a pleasure - they go above and beyond. Second time staying here, won't be last.
Disliked: Pillows need a little more support on beds.

Overcharged parking fee for nonexistent...

Disliked: I did not travel to DC driving a car, did not ask for paid hotel parking and did not provide the hotel with any car plate no. Upon checking in, I was informed that my credit card would be charged in case of incidentals. An invoice e-mailed by the hotel on March, 24th did not include any parking fee. One week later, April 1st the hotel charged my credit card with a parking fee of USD 68,44.
