Great location, not 5* experience

Liked: Very quiet room, attentive staff with good command of English (I know)
Disliked: Bath amenities were never in room, unless asked for. Issues with A/C (resolved quickly). Also, please replenish empty boxes of tissue and toilet paper.

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were stylish, spotless, and comfortable. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Perfect location — close to everything yet quiet at night. Great breakfast too! Would definitely come back and highly recommend to others.
Disliked: Some of the public transport stops are located 500 meters from the hotel

not my favorit Westin

Liked: very good bed and bathtub, but lots of noise from street.
Disliked: Westin Warsaw getting a bit tired. But maybe its because of huge amount of asian guest wich do not respect anything.

A lovely hotel in a...

Liked: I really cannot fault this hotel..Stayed here 4 nights, everything from checking in to checking out was perfect.Nice bar and restaurant area, plenty of places to sit and relax with a drink before bed.Lovely clean and spacious rooms with fabulously comfortable beds and pillows. A great breakfast with a good choice of food and drinks.Very friendly efficient staff.This hotel is also in a great location for walking to the old town and other sights and close to a metro station.A great stay, thank you..
Disliked: I can’t fault this hotel..
