Pleasant

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is good for airport travel or the surrounding area, only. The little treats in the lobby were nice and the Starbucks in the main lobby, but oddly, it is not even open in the afternoon or evening. The Keg Steakhouse is across the street, too. Which was an easy and convenient dinner choice. I did like that they had private and secure parking, but I was NOT impressed that I had to pay for it. The pillows and bedding were very comfy, the sleep not so much when sharing.
Disliked: I did not like that the price was so much for a standard two double beds, room. It is very strange to me that if you are travelling in a group, you are unable to get queen beds or a view of the airport, for the price that was NOT worth it. I had to share a double bed with my sister, and I barely slept because we had no room. They have king rooms with a nice view or double bed rooms with no view. That's it. And I've stayed lots of places, this was a first for me. Charged the same as a king, with less. Not happy. Won't stay again because of that. And that they charge for parking and wifi. No breakfast included, but the breakfast buffet is 32$ a person. If you want to spend that, smelt good, but we didn't want to pay that. The pool was ok, so sad there was no jacuzzi. Very loud, drunk, and disrespectful people in the pool made us end up leaving, and I didn't like that there wasn't a proper outside space to lounge and have a smoke. My room had an awful view, really. I had to keep the curtain closed, disappointing, and I also did not like the lighting in the room. It's very dark in the room, the lights are not warm or plenty. We couldn't find a lighting that we liked, especially for the evening. So it didn't add to the comfort.
