Would never stay at this...
Liked: The only thing enjoyable about this hotel was the food.
Disliked: I had fraud alerts on my credit card 3 times, they kept putting through $1.00 charges. One of the rooms smelt like sewage and we had to request a new room. Our room was to have a pull out and it did not so we asked for a cot and they wanted to charge us $30. The bed had lumps in it and they did not care. The front desk staff had no clue what they were doing.

Good hotel and Convenient location...
Liked: Convenient to Toronto Pearson airport, timely and free airport shuttle service. Comfortable bed,
Disliked: Don’t eat lunch at the restaurant. Food is overpriced and charged me $5 for a very small cup of coffee. Lead server, who was also working behind the bar, was miffed that I only tipped 15 percent on a substantially overpriced lunch and coffee. I don’t expect attitude when staying at a Westin property.
