Purpose for visit was NCAA tournament. The Westin location is perfect for activities being held at the convention center or Times Forum. We enjoyed everything from valet parking to the river walk. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend the Westin Harbour Island highly.

Liked: Nice room and bed. Starbucks nearby.
Disliked: Broken faucet in batghroom. No dining room just bar food. and breakfast spot.

Disliked: The stay was below the standard that I expect for a 4 star Westin, in hindsight I should of stayed at the JW Marriott.I am an international executive, I have worked and stayed in hotels in over 120 countries and to be brutally honest with you, The Westin Waterside was a disastrous experience, why?I checked in after a 12 hour flight, my keys were provided together with my breakfast voucher. I climbed the escalators 4 times to room 406, the keys did not work, no big surprise if the room is already occupied! The new room, the sink was blocked, the toilet had overflow issues, this was reported 3 times, no engineer no problem fixed.My breakfast voucher was not accepted, I was told to sign every time I had breakfast.Internet is suppose to be free under the Bonvoy membership, but it is still on my folio as a charge.At 9.41 on the evening of the Metro pirate party, the noise was deafening, I could not hear my television, I called reception and was told on two separate occasion's that you would speak to the DJ, finally I came down stairs and spoke to you, you said the music would stop in 19 minutes, if carried on until 11.14pm.I called for room service because I was tired on Monday 10th April, and was told ''Sir if you want to eat, go out to a restaurant''My check out I was unable to see a copy of my bill and check the charges, as I was told the folio will be sent to you.Every hotel in the world has an ability to call a taxi for a customer, I do not use Uber, how was I suppose to get to the airport, I was lucky to take my luggage down the street and find a taxis that could assist.

Location is great and have...
Liked: The Bar was set up nicely in the lobby and drinks were very good and reasonably priced.....but Bar closed at 11:45 pm .....too early if coming back from events
Disliked: I do not expect plastic glasses (Comfort in style) in a $500/night hotel then the room maid did not have a proper quality control check list and didn't leave me any plastic glasses. I had a bottle of wine and had to go down to the bar to get a glass.Tried calling concierge service ....no answer ....tried called express service and waited 45 min....final got dressed and went to the front desk.....she said press the front desk number on the phone.... went to my room and took a picture of phone and went back (NO FRONT DESK BUTTON)It is a huge hotel and breakfast area so small no one could get a seat. $20 for cold eggs and bacon in a Buffet (Have had better at a Comfort Inn) Was told there was an al-la-carte menu .....yes but one item (Omellette)
