Staff friendly and accommodating. Great rate, great location.

Purpose for visit was NCAA tournament. The Westin location is perfect for activities being held at the convention center or Times Forum. We enjoyed everything from valet parking to the river walk. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend the Westin Harbour Island highly.

Liked: the breakfast was good, although $65ish for a basic buffet style breakfast is overprice for what was offered. When we got to the property we were notified that we did not get a king bed, instead 2 queen beds. It was very disappointing to show up and be switched, no notification ahead of time. I wouldve switched locations and found a place with a king. Imagine ordering food and the restaurant still brings you the food but not what you ordered. Saying they are out of the food and still charges you. Thats what I GOT. THE property is nice but very disappointing on how my room was handled.
Disliked: Not charged me for my room, complimentary breakfast and or valet. I got a $25 food discount, thats pretty sad. I even asked if they would cover my parking cost and I was told we will look into that, but I still was charged. I would expect a better service from the Westin. The most important thing is when someone books a room, they get that room or better, we got less.
