I disagree with the people complaining. I had a wonderful time. Every employee was very friendly and helpful - even the man who works in the parking booth. When we met him I had a feeling that the people were friendly there. One of the young men working outside helped us out with local attractions and led us to a great restaurant. I do have to say, I wasn't impressed with the room for the price but it was very nice and clean and the shower was wonderful. I had an all around good stay at the Westin and plan to come back in the future.

Liked: The staff at the front counter were so friendly and positive. They treated me like an old friend. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and they upgraded our room, covered our parking cost, and had champagne and chocolate waiting for us in our suite. We felt very appreciated as customers, and I highly recommend the hotel!
Disliked: The only issue is that the exterior door to the wing our room was located in seemed to not latch properly, creating a potential security issue.

Liked: Location and room were nice but that was it.
Disliked: Staff was not helpful at all. They did not answer the phones when calling the front desk. When they did they kept you on hold so long I could not wait longer. Could not get anyone to bring towels or extra toiletries or towels.
