Our "go to" hotel for the city around Union Square. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff - we will return soon. Thanks!

Liked: Great hotel - great beds.
Disliked: Union strikers at neighboring hotel, chanting all day long.

Beautiful hotel!

Liked: Once again, location!!!! I love staying here every time my husband and I are in SF. Quiet room with such a beautiful view. All staff were great. We rode the cable car to the Fisherman's Wharf and it was fun, bring back memories. Definitely staying here again.

Liked: Hotel was clean, flowers everywhere were cute
Disliked: Parking was ridiculous. They charged several extra fees in addition to the room rate & taxes & then charged my card an additional $300 AFTER I checked out & paid for my stay & when I called to inquire they had no idea why or what the charge was for

Liked: Clean, welcoming
Disliked: no handicap ramp entering facility. stairs were difficult to climb and the doors were hard to open. not enough restaurants
