Great Hotel and Location

Liked: Rooms are beautiful. Beds very comfortable; loved the pillows. Our city/Union Square view was fantastic! Location on Union Square was perfect. Close to everything including BART, which was very convenient. Being Bonvoy members, we were given two very cool water bottles, two cable car tickets, a free wine coupon at the wine bar at Macys. A great stay! Will definitely be back.
Disliked: Buffet breakfast was very expensive; $40.00, so we skipped that. Had a few drinks at the bar; $34.00 for a Lemon Drop and one beer. Seemed a bit high to us.

Overall it was great.

Liked: My Suite was amazing! My grandson suite had problems with the toilet that wasn’t fixed. He called and they came up once, but still didn’t flush properly. I told them when I was checking out, but they didn’t offer any discounts. They should’ve offered something.
Disliked: Toilet in suite. They should tell you about all the extra fees when you order room service. They got me one morning, but I went downstairs and picked up my food at a reasonable price.
