Exceptional

Liked: Very clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: There was a short in the light in our bathroom. I didnt notice it til morning. I told the front desk and they said it would be looked into

Don't stay here. You could...

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Finding out in arrival that one of our two rooms (booked and paid for some months ago) was not available. Having my 17 year old daughter put 9 floors away from us on a roll out bed in a hospitality room (I.e. a meeting room). And the staff that evening didn't give a hoot.

Would have thought better...

Liked: Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Decent shower. Nice fitness center.
Disliked: Despite ample parking available. Charge $15 overnight on their premises.$30 for valet. Egregious.Small room. Charge for water. Charge for breakfast.

Loved our stay

Liked: Had a fantastic stay. Was nervous because of crime rate in that neighborhood, but not once was there anything that made me uncomfortable or scared. Was a great place to stay & would stay again sometime!
Disliked: Room was supposed to of had a king & sleeper sofa, but had a chair instead of the sofa.
