Liked: Beautiful atmosphere and helpful staff. Honest guest. I lost my I.D., and someone turned it in. I am very thankful. You can't get to a room without a key card. That's a plus when it comes to privacy. In-house restaurant food was good. However, it was very expensive.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was a problem with the AC and they never switch my room they also made me to believe in the receptionist that breakfast is include apparently it wasn't

Disliked: Dirty carpet, freezing room, sheets had hair on them, bathroom and mens hair shavings everywhere and tub was wet as if it was just used. Long wait to check in and staff wasnt welcoming except for room service.

Liked: The check-in process was smooth and professional. I wish I could remember the young lady's name who did the check-in at the front desk because she was exceptional.

Liked: we've stayed here many times and are always welcomed in a professional and friendly way. Special requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were not up to their usual standards.
