Liked: The bed/bedding was comfortable. The temperature controls worked well
Disliked: The pool area is FILTHY. I’m not normally one to say much, but I stepped on my towel while getting my robe on to go back up to my room and the footprint on the bottom where the towel had been touching the floor was BLACK. I took a picture. It was shocking. You DESPERATELY need to take a scrub brush and a squeegee to the floor

Comfortable

Liked: I thought the room was very clean and looked very nice. The hot water was the perfect temperature for me and I liked the view. I felt comfortable being there and felt very secure knowing I was less than 10 minutes from my destination. The right soap was available and overall I felt comfortable in the hotel room.
Disliked: The biggest drawback to the stay was that there was no complimentary breakfast, though I was told there would be.
