Saw a concert at the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and walked over the bridge to the South Coast Plaza Mall. Everything was within walking distance.

Liked: Room was nicely decorated and good view of the park. Also had a refrigerator which we used.
Disliked: Cost of self parking.

Very nice. Great price. Quick check in. Great valet staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bar had a fun atmosphere. Treated like a VIP.

Liked: We stay here all the time for my husbands business trip. Closeto everything ,shopping, food, & hotel has a starbucks in lobby!

Liked: nice breakfast choice , very confortable bed and mattress, big and confortable shower
Disliked: general lighting of the room was not enoug , few drawers to storage cloths , wi-fi was difficult to connect and sometimes not working well

Business and conference hotel

Liked: Arriving by car. Very light traffic and convenient valet parking. Easy access by pedestrian bridge to South Coast Plaza.
Disliked: The building already needs full renovation. Air conditioning was loud. The swimming pool water was too warm for any sporty or refreshing swim. The hotel is more geared towards business than leasurs.
