The Westin South Coast Plaza Costa Mesa

Saw a concert at the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and walked over the bridge to the South Coast Plaza Mall. Everything was within walking distance.

Liked: Room was nicely decorated and good view of the park. Also had a refrigerator which we used.
Disliked: Cost of self parking.

Very nice. Great price. Quick check in. Great valet staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bar had a fun atmosphere. Treated like a VIP.

Disliked: Hard time getting blue umbrella to use at pool, could use a few more.

Disliked: when check out they took the key but did not let us know that I have to use the key to open the gate. I got stuck and come back to get the qr code. but it didnt work I have to call in and they told me to go back but I said can they just open for me. finally they open for me. this is the part I dont like.

Disliked: The mattress was a bit soft and the pillows very bad. They were overstuffed with synthetic materials.
