The Westin South Coast Plaza Costa Mesa

Saw a concert at the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and walked over the bridge to the South Coast Plaza Mall. Everything was within walking distance.

Liked: Room was nicely decorated and good view of the park. Also had a refrigerator which we used.
Disliked: Cost of self parking.

Very nice. Great price. Quick check in. Great valet staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bar had a fun atmosphere. Treated like a VIP.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: The mattress was a bit soft and the pillows very bad. They were overstuffed with synthetic materials.

Liked: Location was superb. It was overall a very nice property.
Disliked: The property could not locate my reservation, had me listed under my middle name as my first name, put me on the end of the hallway by a staircase (when I asked to be away from the staircase). Front desk staff discuss their personal business as soon as you walk away, in earshot… There’s no music or ambience.
