Saw a concert at the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and walked over the bridge to the South Coast Plaza Mall. Everything was within walking distance.

Liked: Room was nicely decorated and good view of the park. Also had a refrigerator which we used.
Disliked: Cost of self parking.

Very nice. Great price. Quick check in. Great valet staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bar had a fun atmosphere. Treated like a VIP.

A Fancy Stay

Liked: The customer service was absolutely incredible. Absolutely everyone we talked to from the valet to customer service was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the and the room was very spacious.
Disliked: The mini fridge still had someone else?s food in it so I had to ask them to clean it and it made me wonder if the whole room was actually clean. But seriously everything else was great!
