I was surprised to not have free wifi. Is this not 2015? Come on! Room service menu was very high priced, but then they add automatic 18% tip - plus a service fee! Parking was so confusing that after opting for self-park, we ended up having to use valet anyway! And both rates were high. So - all in all I felt 'nickel-and dimed' to death. If the corporations that use these hotels would complain about all of these extra charges, perhaps we minions could afford to stay here. Just saying!

Disliked: Charge for every little thing!

I wouldn't stay here again. Very disappointed in what they refer to as a suite. A suite is not two rooms that adjoin. A suite is one big room with a separate bedroom. Overpriced for what they call a suite. I would stay somewhere else next time and pay for a real suite. Also, didn't use room service as the required extra fees were way too much.

Disliked: No suites - only adjoining rooms.

Liked: Comfortable bed; OK view.
Disliked: The man at the valet was allowing people to cut inline.

We loved the view and the staff were very polite. Our room was not very clean - the bathtub was dirty and so were the sheets on one of our beds. I had to scrub the tub before using it and the bedside table was dirty and sticky so I also had to clean this.

Liked: Wonderful view.
Disliked: Not clean.

Decent value for the stay,...

Liked: Location is perfect. Close to Pike Place Public Market.
Disliked: The elevator was a nightmare. Had to wait for 10mins for elevator.

The short weekend was amazing...

Liked: The location is amazing and the staff are friendly. Facilities are descent.
Disliked: Parking is super expensive. I know it was mentioned in booking.com (which unfortunately I missed to read or not properly informed when we want to chose a hotel). I wish booking.com could do a better deal to include parking.

Liked: I liked the views, it was really clean and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable, cleaning staff are really nice and respectful.
Disliked: I didn’t liked the fact that the parking wasn’t included already when we paid at first, it should be added from the start. Probably ask clients if they would be using the parking lot if yes how many days in advanced. Also the fact that using the WiFi was not free. So we didn’t used it but it’s the first time that happened.
