I was surprised to not have free wifi. Is this not 2015? Come on! Room service menu was very high priced, but then they add automatic 18% tip - plus a service fee! Parking was so confusing that after opting for self-park, we ended up having to use valet anyway! And both rates were high. So - all in all I felt 'nickel-and dimed' to death. If the corporations that use these hotels would complain about all of these extra charges, perhaps we minions could afford to stay here. Just saying!

Disliked: Charge for every little thing!

I wouldn't stay here again. Very disappointed in what they refer to as a suite. A suite is not two rooms that adjoin. A suite is one big room with a separate bedroom. Overpriced for what they call a suite. I would stay somewhere else next time and pay for a real suite. Also, didn't use room service as the required extra fees were way too much.

Disliked: No suites - only adjoining rooms.

We loved the view and the staff were very polite. Our room was not very clean - the bathtub was dirty and so were the sheets on one of our beds. I had to scrub the tub before using it and the bedside table was dirty and sticky so I also had to clean this.

Liked: Wonderful view.
Disliked: Not clean.

Liked: I like how clean the room was and we had a nice view.
Disliked: Check in took awhile and elevators took awhile when we were checking out. When we were checking in the lines were all the way to the main entrance.

The views in the room...

Liked: My room was in the Westin North Tower on of the top floors, it cost more but totally worth it for the view!
Disliked: I paid $50 including tip for room service breakfast and what was served was worth about $20

Loved it

Liked: I loved how secure it was! The staff were very nice and friendly. Location itself was wonderful!
Disliked: Although it was amazing in most aspects, one part was not and that was; the closed pool. Also the gift shop only accepting card was a downfall but regardless of these it was a nice stay!
