Disliked: check in very slow... we paid one week in advance so that check in would be super fast and wow, they did not even find my reservation (???) and like I said I went to Hotel ine week before in order to pay it in advance

Liked: Location is good. The staff were all very nice, especially the reception and valet. The room view is good if you get the city view.
Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t able to prepare the room allocation that we asked for. I left it in the notes and in the chat, but the extra bed was put into the wrong room, then they brought a crib instead of a bed. Regarding the facilities, the swimming pool is very small. Another disadvantage is that the windows in the rooms don’t open.
