Liked: I had an excellent massage at the hotel, and staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: I was very disappointed in the gym, which had old cardio equipment. Unusual for a Westin hotel.

Liked: ROOM UPGRADED TO DIFFERENT FLOOR.... MARRIOTT BONVOY CARD... VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF...LOCATION OF ROOM NEAR ELEVATOR ... BED VERY VERY COMFY
Disliked: I LOVED HOTEL... BUT REALLY ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT... SUNDAY, CALLED AND EMAILED ABOUT NOT CHECKING IN TIL NEXT DAY... BUT... I UNDERSTAND ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ANOTHER GUEST.. NO WORRIESWOULD STAY AGAIN CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

My room was all the...

Liked: Okay
Disliked: I didn’t like the location in my room, and the fact that check in was at 4pm did give me enough time to use the amenities. I expected more from Westin, I have been anticipating staying at a Westin location! I was surprised that I had to pay $55 for parking, all the hidden fees need to be up front on booking. I was highly disappointed.
