Liked: I was not feeling well, slept in, and missed breakfast. Staff was very kind and put together a take out breakfast to bring to my room. I greatly appreciated this service!

Liked: Pool and the hot tub was a plus. The bar was great!
Disliked: You ran out of Fiesta medals! I checked in Friday and by Sat., you were out.

We love it please don’t...
Liked: We love the furniture fixtures and that it hasnt been gutted and “modernized “ it looks and feels like a nice hotel used to look and feel before the era of making hotels modern white and cold. this is our go to hotel when we visit family in San Antonio. It’s very centrally located to everything we want to do and the price is wonderful and the staff is great shout out to our bellhop!
Disliked: The check-in process didnt feel warm and friendly this time.  we were the only people approaching the counter and yet the lady acted like we were bothering her.  when I requested a certain room, she basically said well go try this one and if you don’t like it, come back. She may have been well meaning but her professionalism was off.

Poor
Disliked: Had to change rooms because air conditioning not working, weak toilet, TV and refrigerator not working. Called on the really bad phone system to front desk. After long wait they finally said would send a technician to the room. I had to call 2 times for the technician, who never came. I finally went down stairs to demand another room. Also, there is no apparent reason that the hotel is charging for parking now since they are giving no additional service. They appear to be using parking as a money grab because they can get away with it.
