The Westin Saint Louis

I disagree with the people complaining. I had a wonderful time. Every employee was very friendly and helpful - even the man who works in the parking booth. When we met him I had a feeling that the people were friendly there. One of the young men working outside helped us out with local attractions and led us to a great restaurant. I do have to say, I wasn't impressed with the room for the price but it was very nice and clean and the shower was wonderful. I had an all around good stay at the Westin and plan to come back in the future.

Disliked: The showern needs repairs , a card in the room said I could order room service would not let me order on hotel QR for that service, called front desk they said I should be able too appn leaving the hotel just off front desk area there was food service

Beautiful hotel excellent staff BUT...

Liked: Location. Front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. The valet staff were friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Room service!!! Order was wrong and the person who delivered the food lied about what food he had brought. He asked me to sign a receipt that I could not even read what it said on it.

Liked: Gorgeous hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: the bathroom trash had someone else's trash in it, there was a glass missing and an old paper towel left, and the toilet didn't seem to have been cleaned. someone knocked on our door at 9am asking what time we would be out when checkout was at 11am. I also paid extra on booking.com for breakfast just to find out that wasn't offered.

Liked: Proximity, very nice hotel, great valet personnel. Great breakfast. Room was nice with one issue.
Disliked: Hotel was careless with room charges and allowed someone to charge our room an extra $50. The room was warm, the ventilation in the building didn’t seem to keep cool air moving well enough for our room.
