Liked: Beautiful Christmas lights in trees, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, staff was great and very helpful. The lobby was beautiful and it’s a in a quiet peaceful location.
Disliked: Our safe did not work and they didn’t have one to replace it with. The air conditioning unit didn’t cool very well. It never got hot but it just didn’t cool.

Exceptional

Liked: Stayed in a king room with a balcony over the riverwalk. Nice room (nothing exceptional, but nice), comfortable bed and bedding, mini fridge, TV had Bluetooth so we were able to listen to Pandora from our phone. Good view from balcony. The bar on the riverwalk, in the hotel, was nice, large, and has outdoor seating as well.
