The Westin Riverwalk San Antonio

Easily walking distance to the Majestic Theater. Nice bar. Easy access to riverwalk.

Liked: Everything was clean. The view was great.
Disliked: We had air conditioning problems. The housekeeper was consistent with bringing us towels everyday, I had to ask twice for towels. The ice machine didn't work on our floor, I had to go to another floor.

Great hotel but a bad...

Liked: The hotel was really beautiful but my room was horrible.
Disliked: The room had water damage on the ceiling and the crown molding was falling off with mold.

Disliked: Staff was on us as if we were criminals from the beginning till we walked out. We had issues with reservations 2 bookings from a 3rd party could have Easley been handled a different way but caused us to have to take time out of my day to call and resolve. I run a hotel in Houston and would have not done that to my customers. At the end had someone follow us out to let me know we had a balance we were not trying to leave without paying. Front desk manager needs to train on treating people with better manners. I felt targeted. Had someone come to our room for loud noise sure we were talking loud maybe or louder then people like but no need to point us out like that. Very disappointed with rooms outdated, dirty restrooms not what a Westin should be.
