Expected more for the price...
Liked: The beds were great and the rooms spacious. The main lobby with access to the arcade was great for kids.
Disliked: The family pool was crowded and not clean. There was one person replacing towels and he worked hard but otherwise no one wiped down the tables, no one picked up left trash and the pool deck got dirtier and dirtier as the day went on which made walking barefoot kind of gross. 2 days of my 4 day stay housekeeping knocked on my door for cleaning before 9am while my child was still sleeping and said they couldn’t come back or didn’t understand. Room was cleaned but not vacuumed with visible popcorn on the carpet. We did one night of room service, got nachos, a soup and a hot dog, it was $80. So many service charges. The room service, 2 drinks by the pool, parking and resort fees for the three nights totaled over $300. Didn’t feel worth it.

Work on customer service, accuracy...
Liked: The beds were soft, and the resort itself is pretty. Pin bowling and arcade, restaurants are nice amenities.
Disliked: I stayed here last year, booked same room, both times through booking.com. Didn’t have this issue last year. This year when I arrived I was told that I still owed the resort fee which I knew I had already paid, as I pre-paid my stay and it included all fees, of which I had confirmation for. Upon seeking a manager about the inconsistency, the manager (male) didn’t catch his name would not even look at my order confirmation which stated I had already paid the resort fee and instead insisted that I needed to pay another $120 and that he didn’t know why it would say that because it didn’t “work that way.” I was immediately shut down by him though the original lady at the desk was apologetic. I contacted booking.com and they called on my behalf and confirmed I had already paid the fee and it was squared away but it was a real inconvenience and I really disliked the tone and general disdain the male manager had with me. The pools and bathroom were dirty, and I had booked a room with a sofa bed which I did not get. Rooms are also way too dated for the price they are charging. Better off booking somewhere else where you will at least get what you pay for. I won’t be returning next year for my annual trip and have already found other arrangements.
