Although the hotel itself was comfortable, trying to park our vehicle was a nightmare. Long lines waiting for the valet resulted in a scolding by a police officer, followed by parking our car a block from the hotel, resulting in us needing to walk with our bags. Also disappointing that it cost $29 for parking, not included in the cost of the hotel. Valet (if we could have gotten it) would have added $10 to the cost. WiFi not available unless you join a club that would undoubtedly result in added SPAM in the inbox.
Liked: Clean, comfortable hotel.
Disliked: WiFi only included if you "join a club". Parking not included in cost; valet service disorganized.

Very clean; very quiet and spacious rooms for 3 people. Had a wonderful time and everyone was very helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for a great trip!
Liked: Excellent.

C2 has an appetizer 1/2 price between 4 and 7 and $4 beer. Gourmet quality.
Liked: High: The C2 Restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was a very pleasant stay! I enjoyed the large shower immensely and the beds were comfortable. It was a wonderful stay all the way around. And it was just a few short blocks from our concert.
Liked: Everyone was nice, helpful and were there when we needed.
Disliked: Prices of food was a little high.

Wouldn’t stay again.
Disliked: The staff at this hotel were not only unhelpful but also surprisingly rude. My friend and I—two young women traveling alone—arrived and asked the valet if he could park our car. Instead of a straightforward answer, he shrugged and said, “I don’t know, did you pay for valet?” We hadn’t even stepped inside the hotel yet and were left to park in the garage next door, which charged us a steep fee before we’d even checked in.At the front desk, we were given keycards that were supposed to work for in-and-out garage access. They didn’t. When we went back to ask about it, the woman at the front desk dismissively told us that yes, parking in the garage would cost even more—with zero courtesy in her tone. It genuinely felt like we were being treated differently because we were young women, especially compared to how we saw other guests being helped. On top of that, we couldn’t access the rooftop during our stay, and our room had no view of the city whatsoever. Overall, this was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and we left feeling unwelcome.

Good
Liked: The room was clean, and the location is convenient—not far from downtown
Disliked: The air conditioning didn’t seem to allow us to set the temperature above 75°F. On a summer day, this meant it was running constantly, blowing freezing air directly toward us, which was quite uncomfortable.Second, there was confusion about breakfast. I had booked a room for three people with breakfast included. During check-in, the receptionist didn’t mention it, and when I asked, he said my reservation didn’t include breakfast. After checking my confirmation and seeing that breakfast was included, I returned to the front desk. A different receptionist was there and told me that I had breakfast for two people, not three. She gave me a kind of coupon for two. This was confusing and disappointing, as I had clearly booked for three. I also couldn’t find a way to verify the breakfast details in the app afterward.
