Although the hotel itself was comfortable, trying to park our vehicle was a nightmare. Long lines waiting for the valet resulted in a scolding by a police officer, followed by parking our car a block from the hotel, resulting in us needing to walk with our bags. Also disappointing that it cost $29 for parking, not included in the cost of the hotel. Valet (if we could have gotten it) would have added $10 to the cost. WiFi not available unless you join a club that would undoubtedly result in added SPAM in the inbox.
Liked: Clean, comfortable hotel.
Disliked: WiFi only included if you "join a club". Parking not included in cost; valet service disorganized.

Very clean; very quiet and spacious rooms for 3 people. Had a wonderful time and everyone was very helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for a great trip!

C2 has an appetizer 1/2 price between 4 and 7 and $4 beer. Gourmet quality.
Liked: High: The C2 Restaurant.

It was a very pleasant stay! I enjoyed the large shower immensely and the beds were comfortable. It was a wonderful stay all the way around. And it was just a few short blocks from our concert.
Liked: Everyone was nice, helpful and were there when we needed.
Disliked: Prices of food was a little high.

Good hotel, stay away from...
Liked: Room and hotel staff were perfect. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean and organized
Disliked: Resteraunt and lounge. Here is why, we traveled with some other couples and family. While we didn’t coordinate we all ended up sitting together at C2 I think it was called. Now there was literally no one in there, it was empty which for us was nice but then without saying a work we noticed a “large group fee” which added over 100 dollars to the bills before tip(Nothing mentioned to us and even though it was all separately billed we all were charged this fee. Large group fee?! There was LITERALLY no one there the entire time and we had to pay extra to give them business?! Now again if it were busy or just normal operations and it was mentioned before hand, then sure, we could choose what we wanted to do. Then we went back to our rooms and my wife and I decided to go to the lounge. Now when we got there we saw another couple and so on, and of course sat nearby to chat. The waitress INCESSANTLY kept trying to group us on bill and tried this large group fee add on again. Not once, not twice…but three times. We left shortly after, and you guessed it, everything came on one bill for three different seating areas, so we had to awkwardly figure it out using cash and credit card's because the waitress just didn’t seem to care we didn’t ask nor want that. I’ll return to the hotel, but I will venture out for food and cocktails going forward.

Warm staff cozy clean rooms...
Liked: I needed a place to stay with my dog during extremely cold weather while having work done on my apartment. They were very flexible on check in and let me get my room at 830 AM which was a godsend ! As a local I deeply appreciate that flexibility. The room was very clean and the front desk welcoming. I will spread the word that we have a local gem.
Disliked: No microwave in the room , the hallway and around the elevator had visible gouges and paint chips and needed attention.
