Although the hotel itself was comfortable, trying to park our vehicle was a nightmare. Long lines waiting for the valet resulted in a scolding by a police officer, followed by parking our car a block from the hotel, resulting in us needing to walk with our bags. Also disappointing that it cost $29 for parking, not included in the cost of the hotel. Valet (if we could have gotten it) would have added $10 to the cost. WiFi not available unless you join a club that would undoubtedly result in added SPAM in the inbox.
Liked: Clean, comfortable hotel.
Disliked: WiFi only included if you "join a club". Parking not included in cost; valet service disorganized.

Very clean; very quiet and spacious rooms for 3 people. Had a wonderful time and everyone was very helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for a great trip!

C2 has an appetizer 1/2 price between 4 and 7 and $4 beer. Gourmet quality.
Liked: High: The C2 Restaurant.

It was a very pleasant stay! I enjoyed the large shower immensely and the beds were comfortable. It was a wonderful stay all the way around. And it was just a few short blocks from our concert.
Liked: Everyone was nice, helpful and were there when we needed.
Disliked: Prices of food was a little high.

Perfect location and great location.
Liked: It was the perfect location to stay in Portland. The hotel had a shuttle that brings you down to the wharf where all the restuarants are. They even give you a card so you can call them to pick you up. (They only work until 11pm) Overall it was awesome and I would stay again.

Great hotel in a great...
Liked: The hotel has a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable but slightly cramped (we stayed in a room with two double beds). The roof top bar and restaurant is a must visit! Such nice views of the city.

Classy hotel with "boutique" touch
Liked: Large, upper-standing hotel with boutique accents. Lobby & room with contemporary decor & hints to hotel history since 1920s opening. Roof bar with fine view, atmosphere & staff.
Disliked: "Upper floor - Water view - room" had a partial view of surrounding waterspace. (First time in Portland : I did not know that ocean is not near, hidden by islands.)
