Although the hotel itself was comfortable, trying to park our vehicle was a nightmare. Long lines waiting for the valet resulted in a scolding by a police officer, followed by parking our car a block from the hotel, resulting in us needing to walk with our bags. Also disappointing that it cost $29 for parking, not included in the cost of the hotel. Valet (if we could have gotten it) would have added $10 to the cost. WiFi not available unless you join a club that would undoubtedly result in added SPAM in the inbox.

Very clean; very quiet and spacious rooms for 3 people. Had a wonderful time and everyone was very helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for a great trip!

It was a very pleasant stay! I enjoyed the large shower immensely and the beds were comfortable. It was a wonderful stay all the way around. And it was just a few short blocks from our concert.

Liked: The front desk and breakfast room staff were excellent and helpful. I had a beautiful big room with a great view. I loved the location. The food was good.
Disliked: The room furnishings were shabby and stained, a refresh is badly needed. The restaurants were closed which was disappointing.
